Do you tolerate toxic behavior?  Stop it.  Easier said than done.

When we are around toxic people and behavior it can be draining and emotional. Repetitive toxicity can cause sleep deprivation, depression, anger and much more damage.

Toxic behavior happens in our personal life and in the workplace.  I have experienced both.  I struggled more when the toxicity took place at work.  Much of my self-esteem and independence revolved around work.
